We try to make sure the product suits your application. On occasion, an error may occur. To reduce liklihood of a delay or error, you may send the product you wish to match to our trained staff to allow us to determine the closest match for your project. Help us to better help you.

Returns without pre-authorization AND a clearly marked RA number may be refused at your expense.

We do our best to resolve problems. As a products distributor, we work with you to minimize restocking costs charged by the manufacturers. When we incur an exense on your behalf, we must charge to cover that cost. If your project was partially incorrect or missing one or more pieces, we will send a replacement for the part(s) in question. DO NOT THROW AWAY the original packing materials or boxes.

Always review your order immediately, so that any errors or ommissions are covered by the few days allowed by the manufacturer.

Custom products are not returnable.

  You may qualify for a return or repair credit if available only by following this procedure. Package(s) returned without a valid RA on the label side of the package(s) may be refused at your expense. Attempted delivery does not constitute a compliance with terms of sale. Interstate and intentional fraud is prosecutable as a Federal Offense and may be investigated by the FBI.
An attempt to use and return or otherwise defraud the company by any means will be prosecuted to the full extent permitted by California State Law, and a formal complaint filed using all available legal channels.
