DO NOT send items to this address without a valid Return Authorization; items without a valid RAs are refused at sender's expense.

Ordering with a deadline?
We can guarantee a shipping date by written agreement but CANNOT GUARANTEE COURIER PERFORMANCE.

"Shipment made" completes our part of the agreement when you order in using any method of ordering from LetterBank.

ANY MISSED DEADLINES resulting from courier performance is an issue between you and the courier.

Deadline missed should a reprint be required is not our responsibility. Plan ahead or order rush services as needed.

 


Customer Responsibility


As a responsible dealer, design team, vendor and manufacturer, we do our best to accommodate and coordinate customer requests. We understand that sometimes, mistakes can happen. Whether it is the customer's or our fault, or the fault of the manufacturer of raw goods or shipper, we try to make things right.

We do our best to repair or replace as necessary, or to provide guidance or services where contracted. When you purchase an item for which we are a dealer, we act in your best interest as your representative to our manufacturer.

We need you, our customer, to be responsible, forthcoming and reasonable in regards to expectations, too.

If you "don't play fair", or are looking to take advantage of someone or some faceless company, kindly consider our competitors- we don't play games, and we do not want angry, petty people as our customers. See our Mission Statement.

You are responsible for doing your due diligence. This means that your responsibility is to order the product appropriate to its intended purpose. If you don't know, or if you're not certain as to appropriate application of a product, ask before placing an order. That's why we're here.

Once an order has been received, many things which take place which involve our company and other companies (sources of raw products and other services), such as production time, scheduling and materials. If you must cancel an order, please see our cancel policy. There may be a charge if materials or services have been ordered, if time has been spent or artwork has been created as a result of your order.
