If you receive a product or service does not meet with your expectations:
Products: Where a product does not work or fails to last for the warrantee period (if any is stated), LetterBank will issue a credit or replace the unit(s) when the original has been returned (see returns). If a product has been customized, it cannot be returned. Examples of a customized product: Lettering, custom flags, custom signs and frames, custom neon, MarsLight signs, custom banners, table covers, any fabrics not mentioned and transparencies. Examples of standard products: Zeon units, Neo2 and MarsLight signs (minus the custom face), blank flags in standard sizes, blank materials in saleable condition (as determined by LetterBank), uncut rolled material.
Shipping, handling, customization, rush and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Proofs: We are glad to provide a free proof on request when you have placed an order. Otherwise, a proof is available for an additional charge. We do not generate proofs on speculative work, since the layout and format are original, copyright artwork. If there is a possibility of misunderstanding your custom order, we recommend you purchase a proof. That puts all the responsibility for accurate measurements, colors and information on LetterBank. Once LetterBank receives your signed approval on the proof, your order starts production. Once an order is being processed, the custom materials, labor and artwork time involved need to be compensated. See Terms and Conditions.
Returns: Returns are accepted ONLY with a return authorization number issued by LetterBank, marked clearly on the package face adjacent to the mailing address. Returned Authorization numbers, or RAs, may be obtained by calling (805) 781-2020. Have all your paperwork ready, including original invoice, credit card numbers used to order the product(s), and the date of order. We cannot issue a refund or credit to a credit card if you do not know the number of the card used for the purchase. Certain items carry a manufacturer's restocking fee, usually 15-25% depending on the manufacturer policy and condition of product.

Lifetime Warranty and Return Policy
Display products, including custom graphics, offered for sale on this website, if so stated, are warranted by the original manufacturer to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident or misuse are not considered defects. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED except under terms of original manufacturer warranty stated below.
Defective items may be returned in EXCHANGE for same item or for REPAIR by the original manufacturer. NO REFUNDS will be given on items returned under warranty. The warranty applies to original purchaser (end user) only and does not cover components, which have been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than Rainmaker Display or the manufacturer. In the event that an item is determined to be defective, customer is responsible for return of defective item to the original manufacturer. No returns under warranty will be accepted for exchange or repair without a Returned Merchandise Authorization #. Customer is responsible for all freight costs incurred returning item to the manufacturer.
Damaged items: You MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPER IMMEDIATELY. The products we send are shipped in perfect condition. ANY DAMAGE TO THE BOX OR PRODUCT MUST BE NOTED WITH THE SHIPPER, otherwise it is not the responisbility of the company from which it is purchased on your behalf, to replace the product.
Custom graphics are inspected prior to shipping. Due to limitations in technology and the substrates printed on, color cannot always be matched. Color approval proofs for review by the client, can be produced for an additional fee.
