I want to know how heavy or thick a fabric I should order for my sign(s)
For banners that will be displayed indoors on in an outdoor protected area, almost any banner will do.
For outdoor use in areas with occasional light winds, order 13oz fabric. For cross-street and hanging where the wind is a big factor, order 15-16oz fabric with windcuts, webbing reinforcements and metal rings (instead of grommets).
REMEMBER banners are temporary signs. If you need a sign to last a longer time, call us for options.

Do you have a recommended manner for banner installation?
Yes- Full instructions will be available with any banner purchase.
Again, banners are temporary signs. When used correctly, they will give you a good value.

How do I store my banner (to use again)?
Always clean the banner and ROLL (never fold) it around the tube we sent with your order. DO NOT store in a high-heat or overly humid area.

LetterBank offers storage for your banners, signs and tradeshow materials. Starting at $50 per year, we professionally clean and carefully store your sign(s) to optimize their expected lifespans. Signs may also be updated to reflect new dates or information for an extra fee.

When I order custom magnetic, banner or any CUSTOM signs,where can I tell you what I want on my sign?
When we receive your order, we send you a return email with a special area to enter your wording and any comments you may have.

Are there full-color (or photo banners) available?

If I want a color that isn't on your basic colors chart, what can I do?
We stock over 90 specialty colors. Please email for a specialty color (extra cost).

I want you to design a banner "layout" for me. Can you help?
YES. We're a High-Visibility Sign Design company. Enter your request in the email orderform we send you!

Where can I see my banner before you make it?
You will be directed to our new proofs page. There you will see and approve your design before it is produced.

Can you make a LOT of banners at one time?
YES- From 1 to 100,000. Call us now.

I want to pick my own typestyles. Where do I see my choices?
When you place your order, you will receive an email where you print your wording. You will also receive a link to follow to view a proof and typestyles, if you like.

When you place your order, you will receive an email where you select your wording color(s). The price includes any one of the 21 "standard" colors. There are over 90 specialty colors (for a slight extra charge). You will also receive a link to follow to view a proof and typestyles, if you like.
