Notes about Software:
Files must be CMYK in ".ai" or ".eps" format. Full color photos must be PSD

PC files must be saved as MAC.

Helpful Hint:
Include fonts and images to avoid a delay.

IMPORTANT:
Include contact information, name, email and telephone number with all files to prevent DeLay.

You may email vectored files under 2.5 megs.

Not useable: Placed files

Files which may present problems:
Any program with placed images,
Files saved as RGB or with spot colors,
Other programs "saved as" adobe illustrator, Art with "stroked" outlines (all stroked outlines must be outlined or expanded, otherwise will not cut correctly),
art saved with long paths cut option.
Wrong programs:
We do not accept Pagemaker, Powerpoint, Word, Write, Publisher, InDesign, Quark (or any printing or painting program), Excell, FileMaker or any database programs other than programs in the panel above.
LetterBank can create original art, scan, modify, color or update your art.


We do not accept MicroSoft files for virus concerns, and as they mostly are not design programs.

Files must be ORIGIN files. Files with placed graphics will incur additional processing costs. See checklist before sending file(s).
√ Checklist
  • Files must be compressed with stuffit.
  • Files under 2.5 megs can be sent to art@letterbank.com, and must be accompanied by a faxed purchase order (805.782.5050 fax only) to let us know to connect your art to your project.
  • We can DL a file from your FTP under 8 megs. Send FTP address, access code and password if needed, along with file name.
  • Fonts (T1 or TT for Mac) must be included with projects
  • Print-out(s) and color call-outs must be included with your name + number.
  • Files on CD, DVD or 100meg ZIP must be sent by courier to our physical address.
