Who can apply for an open account? Educational organizations, certified religious organizations, state certified non-profits, established businesses and corporations, government and our military. All applications will be considered. Allow 2 weeks for properly filled and signed credit request approval, on average. NEW: Fast Credit Verification is $59.00 through Dunn and Bradstreet. Open accounts can be established for second orders. All first orders must be prepaid or guaranteed by credit card. To be eligible to order on account, application must be received and approved prior to order production and shipment. A "hold" will be placed on the card. How long does it take to get approved for an open account?
Typical time is two weeks on average. The more completely you fill your request form (linked above), the more easily we may verify information to open an account.

I need (something) in a rush!
We do not make rush shipping or processing available while an account is pending, unless an application is secured in full with a credit card. The card will be charged, along with any rush charges applicable.

I just started a business- can I qualify for an open account?
You may apply for a probationary account, which will be reviewed regularly and must be guaranteed with your personal credit cards. Use the form linked above. We reward account in good standing with positive credit reporting.

I have been in business for two years or less. Can I get an open account?

We are a Fortune 500 Company. Is there an expedited way to open an account/place an order with a PO?
Send an official Original Purchase Order by overnight courier, and we will contact you when received, with a form authorizing your request, to verify the authenticity of the P.O.
To get an open account, send bank contact information, along with your sales tax certification and your Dun and Bradstreet information- We are glad to help.

We are a division of the US military. What is the procedure for opening an account?
Most military supply personnel use their military issue credit cards to order for superior accountability. We accept almost all military cards. If you prefer to be billed, send a detailed Purchase Order, with your complete information (billing, shipping and telephone/fax/email and division or base of operations. We may be able to expedite your request (we are GMT -8 for other countries).

Can we place an order while the form (above) is pending?
You may, but the order must be personally guaranteed with your credit card. A hold is placed on our card until timely payment is received and/or the request for an open account is successful.

We are a school or educational organization. What is the procedure?
You may send in the form (linked above) with your Purchase Order and PO without Account form, and we will do our best to verify the prices and confirm the order, usually within 24 hours.
