A little about the different kinds
of letters we make
LIGHTED:
We custom-manufacture lighted channel and reverse-channel letters.
PLASTIC and MOLDED:
Pronto letters are screen printed, as are our standard acrylic letters, onto clear plastic.
We also offer laser cut acrylic plastic, heat molded (formed plastic, like the Snap-Lok), and the fancier injection-molded.
For do-it-yourself lighted letters, we offer the Gemini plastic molded Channel letters. |
METAL:
We offer laser-cut metal letters, foundry-cast metal dimensional letters, and metal reverse-channel letters. Metal letters are usually available in various finishes, like polished or brushed, painted, oxidized, sealed and specialty finished.
STONE & Specialty Substrates:
Corian (counter top material), stone, hardwoods and other substrates can be cut to order. As many variables can affect the cost of specialty cutting, please allow a week for quoting.

Formed Plastic letters and logos are made from a durable plastic with color consistency and surface quality. These are CAB plastic, with greater impact resistance, weather ability and more flexibility in recreating your designs.

Minnesota Letters are produced using injection molding.This produces the most accurate and consistent letters and numbers possible. Sharper edge than formed plastic letters: Minnesota letters are often used as an alternative to cast metal letters.
