A little about the different kinds
of letters we make
LIGHTED:
We custom-manufacture lighted channel and reverse-channel letters.
PLASTIC and MOLDED:
Pronto letters are screen printed, as are our standard acrylic letters, onto clear plastic.
We also offer laser cut acrylic plastic, heat molded (formed plastic, like the Snap-Lok), and the fancier injection-molded.
For do-it-yourself lighted letters, we offer the Gemini plastic molded Channel letters. |
METAL:
We offer laser-cut metal letters, foundry-cast metal dimensional letters, and metal reverse-channel letters. Metal letters are usually available in various finishes, like polished or brushed, painted, oxidized, sealed and specialty finished.
STONE & Specialty Substrates:
Corian (counter top material), stone, hardwoods and other substrates can be cut to order. As many variables can affect the cost of specialty cutting, please allow a week for quoting.

"Minnesota Letters" are produced using injection molding.This produces the most accurate and consistent letters and numbers possible. Sharper edge than formed plastic letters: Minnesota letters are often used as an alternative to cast metal letters.
